    Rooms are not fancy at all but very clean, very comfortable and affordable.

    The motel is accessible to all routes to riding mountain and back.. friendly owner , nice room

    Located right in the heart of Neepawa. Not fancy, but clean and reasonably priced. Friendly service and good breakfast provided.

    Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room smelled like stale smoke and it was not very clean (floors, etc.) Old and outdated.

    it was a good stay beds were comfy and spacious rooms only thing TV doesn't have all the channels
